Southside Kingdom of Hope CDF Freedom School,
Serving Franklin and surrounding counties.

The CDF Southside Kingdom of Hope has been providing services since 2006. Freedom Schools program provides summer enrichment that helps children fall in love with reading, increases their self-esteem, and generates more positive attitudes toward learning. Children are taught using a model curriculum that supports children and families around five essential components: high quality academic enrichment; parent and family involvement; civic engagement and social action; intergenerational leadership development; and nutrition, health and mental health.

Freedom School Process

Welcome to the 2025 Southside Kingdom of Hope Freedom School Summer. Programming begins Wednesday, 6/11/25 from 8:30-3:30, Monday through Friday, at location: 2900 Lockbourne Rd (Bethel Temple Ministries Annex). The school will be held through 8/1/25. The school is off on June 19th and July 4th. Registration deadline date is June 6.

Registration Deadline

• All Registration Forms MUST be submitted no later than June 14th or the first day of school.
• All completed registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis
